French medieval gothic, burgundian fashion era. 

The lady there is probably Joan of Navarre (1370-1437) was by marriage Duchess of Brittany and Queen Consort of England. She was the daughter of King Charles II of Navarre and Joan of France, daughter of King John II of France.
