Josef Pécsi also József Pécsi or Pecsi, born on April 1, 1889 died October 7, 1956 in Budapest. From 1909 to 1911 he attended the Training and Research Institute for Photography in Munich.
In 1911 he opened his own studio in Budapest, where he also gave private photo lessons. He was known for his photorealism in the spirit of Constructivism as well as celebrity portraits.
