Bab al-Wadi (Arabic: باب الواد) is the municipality that is the seat of the Bab al-Wadi district of Algiers, the capital of Algeria. The municipality is located on the northern edge of the city centre.

Bab al-Wadi was established during the French period as the main neighbourhood of poor pied-noirs, including many poor fishermen. After the independence of Algeria, Algerian Muslims settled there.
