CORSAGES. L’Histoire du costume féminin français. Les modes de la renaissance de l’an 1461 á l’an 1574. 

  1. Corsage sous Charles IX (1574). Bleu azur, brodé rouge et vert foncé à bouffettes et perforé.
  2. Marguerite de Bossu (1506). Corsage gilet (surcot) cintré à la taille. Manche serrée. Tout le tour du gilet garni de boutons d’acier ainsi que le bas du corsage vert, gilet écarlate.
  3. Corsage (1520). Beige, manches bleues, 2e manche flottante rouge, guimpe rouge, galon jaune. Ceinture bleue, cabochons or.
  4. Gorgière très fine, légèrement empesée. Glacis de gaze (1500).
  5. Corsage à vastes manches, lilas. Broderies.
  6. Vicomtesse de Rohan. Tunique ouverte sur les côtés, rouge, impressions en losange jaune serin.
  7. Gorgière fine empesée, vue de dos (voir fig. 5).
  8. Dame de la cour française (1560). Corsage rose, tuyauté linon empesé. Galon jaune marquant la fermeture et la taille.
  9. Corsage sous François II (1559). Corsage vert-de-gris, manches noir et blanc, quadrillé.
  10. Antoine de Bourbon, duc de Vendôme (1562). Cape jaune paille, rayée bleu azur.
